The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is on Waterloo Street, a very short walk from King Square in the centre of Saint John. At 300 feet above sea level, the Cathedral's spire is a landmark on the City’s skyline. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Cathedral is a designated Provincial Heritage Place.
Every year, tens of thousands of people of every nationality and faith enter this Cathedral. Some visit as tourists but many others actively participate in the life of this magnificent church. No matter the reason, everyone is welcome here!
